Rates
 
Booking a trip with Rick's Guide Service is easy. Due to the constantly changing fuel prices, please call Rick for rates at 864-356-7271. Children under 14 fish free with paying adults. A $50 deposit is required.
Rick books full day (8-hour) and half day (4-hour) trips. There are no restrictions on these times for clients who fish catch and release. For those clients who wish to keep all of their fish, there is a 10 fish per person, per day limit on Lake Hartwell. Once that limit is reached, Rick is required to end the trip.

Rick specializes in fishing live and cut bait as well as trolling umbrella rigs and lead core. If you have a preference for one of these methods or would like to learn, let Rick know when you book the trip and he will be glad to share his knowledge.

Prices include everything except fishing licenses, food and drink. All tackle and bait are furnished, but if you have a favorite rod, feel free to bring it along.
 
Georgia and South Carolina fishing licenses can be purchased by phone or on the web. See the Links page for details.
 
Rick fishes year round in any weather, but your safety and comfort is always his main concern. If the weather is too bad to go fishing, he won't take you. The trip can always be rescheduled.

If you have an emergency or change in plans, trips can be rescheduled at no charge. If you need to cancel, at least one week's notice is required for deposit refund.

What To Bring
 
Rick suggests that you bring a camera and film, appropriate clothing for the season (including rain gear) sunglasses and sunscreen and a cooler with food, snacks and beverages. And, if you plan to keep your fish, a cooler and ice to put them in. Don't Forget Your Fishing License!!!
